 ? 12.2×11.0m自磨機,其筒體內(nèi)徑達(dá)12.2m,筒體長度達(dá)11.0m,多滑履軸承直徑達(dá)4.5m,總重超過3700噸,年產(chǎn)2200萬噸品位65%鐵精礦。

本項目首創(chuàng)了高承載力多滑履軸承和潤滑技術(shù),解決了作業(yè)環(huán)境復(fù)雜、超大型重載支承的技術(shù)難題;發(fā)明了大型磨機筒體和端蓋“多片組合”設(shè)計制造技術(shù),解決了大型磨機超大零部件極限制造技術(shù)難題;構(gòu)建了大型磨機的多場耦合動力學(xué)模型,開發(fā)了大型磨機的動態(tài)特性分析方法,解決了大型磨機基礎(chǔ)共振的技術(shù)難題,使裝備得到了安全、可靠的運行;構(gòu)建了大型磨機多元信息融合的在線智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),開發(fā)了大型磨機工作狀態(tài)的智能監(jiān)測監(jiān)控技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了磨機的預(yù)測性維護。

經(jīng)國家礦山機械質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗中心檢測,主要性能指標(biāo)符合設(shè)計要求。該成果在中信泰富SINO鐵礦進(jìn)行了成功應(yīng)用,取得了較好的經(jīng)濟效益和顯著的社會效益,中國重型機械工業(yè)協(xié)會鑒定委員會認(rèn)為項目成果整體技術(shù)達(dá)到國際領(lǐng)先水平。

The ?12.2 ×11.0m autogenous mill has a shell diameter of 12.2m, a shell length of 11.0m, a multi slide bearing diameter of 4.5m, a total weight of over 3700 tons, and an annual output of 22 million tons of 65% grade iron concentrate.

This project pioneered high bearing capacity multi sliding shoe bearings and lubrication technology, solving the technical difficulties of complex operating environments and ultra large heavy-duty supports; Invented the "multi piece combination" design and manufacturing technology for the large mill shell and head, solving the technical problem of extreme manufacturing of oversized components in large mills; Constructed a multi field coupled dynamic model for large-scale grinding machines, developed a method for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of large-scale grinding machines, solved the technical problem of foundation resonance of large-scale grinding machines, and ensured the safe and reliable operation of the equipment; Constructed an online intelligent monitoring system for the fusion of multiple information of large-scale mills, developed intelligent monitoring and control technology for the working status of large-scale mills, and achieved predictive maintenance of the mills.

After testing by the National Mining Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the main performance indicators meet the design requirements. This achievement has been successfully applied in CITIC Taifu SINO iron mine, achieving good economic and significant social benefits. The Appraisal Committee of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association believes that the overall technology of the project achievement has reached the international leading level.
